The PEC Planning, Effectiveness and Communication is a new established team focused on improving ITLA and College of the Liberal Arts business relations.

Initial strategic initiatives include the following:

  • Service Portfolio Management – Ensure ITLA Portfolio of Services support the College of the Liberal Arts IT service business needs that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • BRM Business Relations Management - Establish operating structure to foster and maintain a positive and productive business working relationship with The College of the Liberal Arts staff and faculty.
  • Provide the college (PMO) Project Management Office and (BPA) Business Process Analysis methodologies, knowledge and expertise.
