PHASE ONE

Web team will order the monitor and all required hardware, mount, cables, etc. Facilities manager and (OPP) Office Of Physical plant will order enclosure/cabinet, if applicable and schedule building wiring.

PHASE TWO

VOC team meeting; Web team developers will meet with the stakeholders and discuss the vision of the new sign and guide them through content structure planning tasks that will support their expectations of the sign.

Goals of this phase:

  • Stakeholder’s to provide web team content structure and ideas, enabling the team’s to establish, review and approve the new digital sign structure/design.
  • Stakeholder’s to provide web team all content to support the sign.

PHASE THREE

Sign development starts. Signage developer’s to complete development tasks including; establishing and implementing stakeholder’s content structure and establish sign features and functionality.

PHASE FOUR

Signage developer’s to complete signage Theming tasks including implementing images, formatting/organization content, and interactive functionality. Once all features and functionality are implemented, a functionality demonstration meeting will be scheduled enabling the stakeholder’s to test the features and functionality and provide feedback. Goal of this phase is to complete the signage development and gain stakeholder approval to finalize the functionality operation.

PHASE FIVE

Once OPP delivers the enclosure/cabinet and prepares the installation location, the web team will install the sign and verify operation.

Signage developer’s to schedule sign operation and maintenance training with stakeholders. Once training is completed, the team will gather any lessons learned and close the project.
