IT Hub

The IT Hub allows users to access and install a variety of software and consists of VMWare’s Horizon Virtual Desktop, WorkSpace ONE and Intelligent Hub solutions. The virtual desktop provides access to a Windows computer with a wide variety of software from any device including personally owned or Penn State provided laptops, desktops, tablets, iPADs, etc. The Intelligent Hub provides access to our self-service software library where individuals can install various software applications at their convenience. The WorkSpace ONE solution replaced our previous endpoint management infrastructure, JAMF for Macs and SCCM for Windows.
